We are happy to share our home located on our beautiful 10-acre hobby farm in Germantown, WI with your pets for sleepovers. A farm once home to a variety of livestock is now a doggy haven with plenty of trails to sniff. Your dog will enjoy the comfort of home away from home. We are committed to a Fear Free Environment and strive to make their stay with us as stress free and peaceful as possible. They can curl up on a cozy dog bed, watch wildlife out the windows, sniff dog treats being baked or some other idea of dog happiness. Your pet can be at our side , or some prefer to curl up on the couch in our doggy den. Our goal is to provide a calm, comforting space where they feel free safe and secure. Every pet is evaluated for their specific needs physically, emotionally, and medically. My Veterinary Technician background can assure you of the best of care. Based on that, a specific daily schedule is made for your pet. We are dedicated to provide a physical and cognitive enriching environment that your pet will enjoy. Fear Free pet sitting is a science-based approach where certified sitters use gentle handling, positive reinforcement, and environmental adjustments to minimize a pet's fear, anxiety, and stress (FAS) during care, creating calm, positive experiences through understanding body language, tailored care, and building trust, making visits less scary for pets and owners.
We know you will miss your pet and they will miss you. You can reach us any time during your pet’s stay for updates. We can share photos and videos for your peace of mind. If your pet is experiencing stress or challenges, we will reach out and can discuss adjustments in the care plan.
Cat Sitting: Each cat is given a daily schedule catered to its specific needs. We can customize for energetic kittens, senior cats or those with mobility issues. We offer a relaxing individual suite , away from dogs. This 12x12 room is equipped with play structures, cat scratching posts, beautiful sunny windows to observe all that nature provides, comfy, cozy bedding, new catnip toys , calming cat music and of course daily maid service. One on one attention is part of the daily routine and our favorite part! A Grooming Appointment can be scheduled during your pet’s visit.
About our Experience:
Daily Doggy Walks
We believe that exercise is fundamental to a dog’s well being. Most pets receive a daily walk based on our initial consultation. We have 10 beautiful acres to sniff and waiting to be explored! Up and down hills, through the meadows, close to water, one never knows what our encounter may be! For those less adventurous our long paved driveway allows for plenty of sniffs and exercise!
Free Roam living for all your pets
Your dog becomes part of our family. We are not a boarding facility. Every pet’s specific needs and likes can be accommodated but we prefer hanging out together! There are no concrete pens with wire fencing. Lounging on the dog couch is a favorite. Some dogs prefer the doggy den furnished with human furniture for their enjoyment. Some dogs prefer their own space and that’s ok too. If your pup is comfortable in a crate at home to sleep we can accommodate that as well. Your dog’s, safety, emotional and physical well being is our priority.
