My name is Annette, dog passionate owner of Dog Gone Great llc. I have been in the pet industry my entire working life. I have a Veterinary Technician Degree and worked as a Certified Vet Tech for many years. I expanded my interests and studied to become a Certified Master Dog Trainer. Those two pathways gave me a strong foundation to apprentice to become a pet groomer. The bond I establish with my furry friends made it an easy transition to stay with me while their owners were away. For many years I have enjoyed their company in my home. I am also a certified Canine Esthetician, Certified in Pet Massage and Reiki, Pet First Aid, Certified Canine Nutritionist and a Certified Fear Free Pet Sitting Professional. Continuing education to keep up with the best practices is a must for me. The knowledge I have gained gives me the opportunity to provide the highest standard of services to you and your pet. I believe every pet should live life to its fullest. Seeing dogs happy is what brings me joy. It is truly my passion. Whether they are with us at home or drooling at the treat trailer, a happy dog is my best reward! A little bit more about me. In my spare time, I love to be with my family and our pets on our 10 acre hobby farm. Gardening is one of my hobbies where I can completely lose track of time. Hiking with my dogs and family and friends is my true happy place and where many Dog Gone Great ideas are born. I love to be outside in nature and feel blessed when I can be in the home of wildlife.
